This website is owned and operated by StratTech (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

We provide drone services, training, and related products (“Services”). These may include:

Mining and volumetric surveys
Agricultural spraying and mapping
Infrastructure inspections
RPAS training and certification
Sale of drone-related products and equipment

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full before services or products are delivered.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed only once payment or a signed agreement is received.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date may be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In case of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule services.

5. Delivery & Shipping (Products)

Products purchased via our online shop will be shipped within [X working days].
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

7. Liability & Safety

Drone operations are subject to aviation regulations.
We will always operate within the legal limits and safety standards set by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA).
Clients must ensure that the worksite is safe and accessible.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

8. Training & Certification

Training participants must meet the requirements set out by the relevant aviation authorities.
Certificates will only be issued once all requirements are met.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, videos, etc.) is owned by StratTech and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
