Refund & Returns Policy

At StratTech, we value customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and returns policy below.

1. Services (Drone Jobs & Training)

• Cancellations:

  • More than 7 days before booking → Full refund.

  • Within 7 days → 50% cancellation fee may apply.

  • Same-day cancellations → No refund.

• Rescheduling: If weather or safety prevents operations, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

2. Products (Shop Purchases)

• Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

• If a product is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the case.

4. Exempt Items

• Downloadable products or custom-made items cannot be returned.
